Intentionally formulated, this top-quality blend contains nutrient-rich organic soil, mycorrhizae, humic acids, and beneficial microbes then amended with perlite, clay pebbles, biochar, and bark for the perfect ratio of nutrients, drainage, water retention and aeration.

INGREDIENT DETAILS: 

Organic Potting Soil contains mycorrhizae, humic acids and soil microbes (earthworm castings, bat guano, aged forest products, oyster shells). 

Chunky Perlite for soil aeration and improved drainage.

Clay Pebbles 100% natural, low EC, pH stable.  For soil aeration, drainage and loosens up the soil structure leading to better root development.

Horticultural Charcoal prolongs the life of soil media by balancing pH levels and sweetening the soil of potted plants and terrariums. The porous nature of charcoal self-regulates excess moisture in any container while absorbing essential nutrients.

Pine Bark stores more carbon in soil. Carbon is an essential component of soil, and it plays a vital role in soil fertility and overall soil health. Higher levels of carbon in soil has several benefits, including: increased water-holding capacity, improved soil structure, enhanced nutrient availability.  Soils with high levels of carbon support a diverse community of microorganisms, which can help to suppress plant diseases and pests.

Mycorrhizae are a symbiotic association between plant roots and fungi. Their major role is to enhance nutrient and water uptake by the host plant by exploiting a larger volume of soil than roots alone can do.

Humic acids are complex molecules that exist naturally in soils, peats, oceans and fresh waters and they play essential roles in improving soil properties, plant growth, and agronomic parameters.

Soil Microbes such as earthworm castings, bat guano, aged forest products help improve root efficiency and encourage nutrient uptake and stimulating plant growth.
