Spider Plant

The Spider plant is among the most adaptable houseplants, and is very easy to grow. A graceful plant that makes a statement anywhere—from a tabletop to a mantle, or  as a hanging plant. The Spider Plant is also known for its tremendous air purifying qualities, making it a healthy addition to your home as well.

Your spider plant can be placed in low to indirect bright light. The more light the plant receives, the bolder the stripes will be. 

Water your spider plant when 50-75% of the soil volume is dry. Dry crispy tips often point to underwatering while dark brown tips point to overwatering.

Spider plants are easy to propagate. They produce offshoots, known as spiderettes, which can be cut and rooted in water or soil to create new plants.

Your Spider Plant will do well in normal household humidity but will thrive with a bit more humidity. Brown leaf tips may indicate the air is too dry, so mist your Spider Plant regularly using a mister.
