Moon Valley Pilea (Pilea Mollis)

The Pilea Mollis, also known as the Moon Valley Pilea, hails from Central and South America. Its name is a nod to the moon-like texture of its leaves, which are dimpled and cratery. These bushy leaves boast a vibrant yellow-green hue with striking copper veins. They typically grow to about two inches in length, while the plant itself stays compact at a max height of 12 inches. Perfect for windowsills and tables, this plant thrives in humid environments and doesn't require much light.  

Bright indirect light. Tolerates medium light. Not suited for intense, direct sunlight.

Keep evenly moist, watering as soon as soil begins to dry out.

Tolerates average home humidity. Prefers high humidity.
